Signature Corporate Field Day is our premium experience for corporate teams, designed to boost morale, strengthen teamwork, and create unforgettable memories. Lasting 3–4 hours, this experience includes classic field day games like Dodgeball, Water Balloon Toss, Tug-of-War, Sack Races, 4 Square, and so more. Beyond games, your team will enjoy structured stretches, group chants, and an awards ceremony to celebrate achievements. Based near Nashville, TN, we’re fully mobile and can host your Signature Field Day anywhere across the US and Canada.
This Signature experience is perfect for corporate teams of any size. Whether you’re a small department or a large company, your team will participate in fully customizable games and activities that encourage collaboration, problem-solving, and friendly competition. Express Field Day (90 minutes–2 hours) is great for a quick team-building boost, but Signature is for companies looking for a more immersive, memorable day of fun and connection.
What To Expect
Morning Welcome & Energizer Warm-Up
The day begins with an upbeat welcome session to energize and get everyone in the competitive spirit. After a 15-minute stretch and warm-up, teams will be put together where each team has a chance to talk smack on how they will beat their competition. The energy is set high from the start, with music and encouragement as teams prepare to take on the day.
Team Challenges: Round 1
The morning session features team-building classics like sack races, 3-legged relays, and obstacle courses. These games are designed to break the ice, foster teamwork, and create a fun, spirited atmosphere as teams earn points that add up throughout the day.
Signature Field Games
Throughout the day, teams rotate through a series of high-energy field games, including Capture the Flag, Tug of War, Dodgeball, and relays. Each game tests agility, strategy, and team dynamics. Points from each game contribute to a cumulative score that builds excitement for the grand finale.
Lunch Break & Networking
A catered lunch (optional) provides a chance to refuel, relax, and network. It’s also an opportunity for the hosting company to feature its branding, display materials, and create deeper engagement with participants.
Final Field Games
After lunch, teams head back to the field for round three of challenges. Games like the water balloon toss, clothing relay, and the all-time favorite hula hoop pass keep the excitement high and allow for different skills to shine. (these are just options)
Interactive Hydration & Snack Stations
Throughout the day, enjoy hydration and snack stations stocked with refreshments and healthy snacks to keep energy levels up. The hosting company can leave branded materials at each station for continued visibility.
Grand Finale: Final Showdown
In the final showdown, teams face off in an all-team Tug of War championship! The top-scoring teams compete for the ultimate bragging rights, cheered on by everyone else, with the day’s points on the line in this thrilling head-to-head battle.
Awards Ceremony & Closing Celebration
To wrap up, we host an awards ceremony where we recognize top-performing teams and individual standout players. Categories like “Most Spirited Team” and “MVP” add to the celebratory spirit. Participants leave with memorable prizes, keepsakes, and the satisfaction of a day well-spent building camaraderie and teamwork.
