What is Forever Field Day?
Primarily, Forever Field Day is an action-packed day for adults (21+) designed to bring back all the fun of classic field day games! We offer Field Days, Corporate events, Gym vs Gym, Bar vs Bar, epic one-day events, with activities like capture the flag, relays, tug of war, and more.
Can I Host a Field Day Birthday Party for Kids or Just Adults?
Yes and Yes! Forever Field Day offers unforgettable birthday party experiences for adults, teens, and kids. Our events are fully customizable, so you can include classic field day games like sack races, relay challenges, tug-of-war, and obstacle courses that are suitable for all ages.
How do I Sign Up For An Event?
You can hire us for your next corporate event or join a public Field Day for all participants. Simply visit our Sign-Up page, select your event, and register online. We’ll handle the rest! Below is our corporate info:
Can I sign up as an individual?
Absolutely! Sign up as a free agent, and we’ll place you on a team with other players. If your group is missing members, we’ll do our best to fill the spot so everyone can join the fun.
DO YOU HANDLE PERMITS AND VENUE SOURCING?
🙌 Yes! We handle permits and venue sourcing, but each location is a little different. Depending on which venue you choose and your budget, the rules and requirements may vary. We’ll guide you through the process and handle as much as we can so your event goes smoothly.
WILL YOU ARRANGE FOR A NON-PROFIT AT OUR CSR EVENT?
🙌 Absolutely! We love giving back. Once you tell us about your cause or preferred organization, we’ll help coordinate with a local nonprofit partner to make your CSR event meaningful and fun.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE DIFFERENT AGES AND ABILITIES?
🎉 You bet! Our games are designed to include everyone. We can modify challenges to suit various fitness levels, ages, and abilities — with a few high-intensity games like dodgeball left as pure cardio fun for those who want it.

WHERE DO YOU HOST DURING THE COLD SEASON?
❄️ No problem! During colder months, we shift to indoor venues such as gyms, turfnasiums, or large event spaces. Our activities can be adapted for indoor play without losing the fun, energy, or team-building value.
CAN YOU HOST IN AN INDOOR VENUE?
🏟️ Yes! Indoor events are perfect for gyms, turfnasiums, or multipurpose spaces. We bring all the equipment, staff, and energy you need to create a high-energy indoor field day or pep rally that’s just as fun as an outdoor event.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

Schedule a meeting – We discuss your event goals, group size, needs, and budget.

Custom proposal – You’ll receive a proposal with different activity and pricing options, along with suggested locations.

Finalize details – Once you choose your location and options, we sign the contract and collect the 50% deposit to reserve your venue and team.

WHAT’S THE DEPOSIT FOR AND WHEN IS IT DUE?
💰 The deposit is non-refundable and secures your venue, staff, and rentals. You can modify or reschedule with proper notice, but only lose the deposit if you cancel entirely. The deposit is due before we book any dates or reserve venues, ensuring your event is officially on our calendar.
Event Weather & Logistics
Weather decisions are made by the park’s groundskeepers. If an event is rescheduled, we post updates on our social media channels to keep everyone informed.
Is Food Provided?
Food vendors may be available at public events. We recommend bringing snacks or drinks if desired, but our focus is on games, fun, and team competition!
How many people can join a team?
Each Field Day is completely dependent on how many show up. Please keep an eye on the website for details. We prefer to have at least 8 registered players. During games, 8 players (6 men, 2 women) are on the field per team, with a minimum of 5 players (4 men, 1 woman) to avoid forfeits. Make sure everyone registers before the league starts.
Are Games Safe?
Safety is our priority! All games are monitored by staff, and we provide all necessary equipment. Participants should be mindful of their physical limitations and follow instructions. A waiver must be signed acknowledging the risks involved.
What Should I Wear & Bring?
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and shoes suitable for outdoor activities. Bring sunscreen, hats, and water bottles. All game equipment is provided — just bring your team spirit and readiness for fun!
What Types Of Games Will Be Played?
Activities vary by corporate event, public field day or party, but may include Dodgeball, Relay Races, Tug-of-War, Sack Races, Three-Legged Races, Obstacle Courses, and more. Each day's lineup is designed to keep things fun fresh and exciting!
How Does My Team Get Points?
Teams earn points based on their performance in each game. Points accumulate to determine team rankings, where the team with the most points wins. But don't forget there's always bonus points handed out, it's not just the games that matter!
What If I don't Know Anyone On My Team?
No worries! Forever Field Day is all about making new friends. Events are designed to foster teamwork, connection, and plenty of laughs, even if you join solo.
Can my company rent out a field day event?
Yes! We offer corporate packages for team-building events. Choose from half-day or full-day options packed with fun, nostalgic games designed to boost morale, strengthen teamwork, and encourage creativity.
Do you offer sponsorship opportunities?
Yes! Sponsorship packages include branding on event materials, banners, social media posts, and booths at our Field Day Finale. Contact us to learn more about supporting our events while showcasing your brand.
